Research assistant for Corpus Lab

The newly established CorpusLab is looking for a research assistant to support the work on various tasks related to the UFSP Sprache und Raum. The appointment is at 20%, starting in January 2014. The ideal candidate is:

  • a BA/BSc or MA/MSc student in Computational Linguistics or Computer Science
  • a native (or close to native) speaker of German, with a good command of English
  • familiar with Unix/Linux shell working environment
  • interested in machine learning and natural language processing

The position at the CorpusLab is an excellent opportunity for you to gain practical experience in a wide range of natural language processing tasks and to further develop your software and problem-solving skills.
